Naseem Abbas will lead the new cabinet as President, joined by Vice President Kambar Bakhshi and General Secretary Saleem Elahi. Kifayat Baloch and Ejaz Baran round out the leadership team as Joint Secretary and Finance Secretary, respectively. All five officials secured their positions unopposed. Addressing the council, Abbas outlined a strategy focused on internal unity and tighter integration with the party’s Foreign Department to amplify diplomatic efforts on the international stage.

The session featured comprehensive reviews of the chapter’s previous performance and financial standing, presented by outgoing leadership. Following the administrative reports, BNM Chairman Dr. Naseem Baloch officiated the swearing-in ceremony.
