Bora characterized the Bharatiya Janata Party as the singular adversary to India’s constitutional framework, arguing that the party lacks any historical stake in the nation’s democratic foundations. She warned that public dissent against alleged electoral manipulation will not be silenced, asserting that citizens who sacrificed for the country’s rights are now mobilizing to reject an illegitimate electoral process.
Targeting the Election Commission of India, Bora demanded the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. She alleged that the current voter roll verification processes are designed to manipulate the electorate rather than ensure transparency. According to Bora, the current system has inverted the democratic process, where the ruling party effectively selects its own voters before those citizens are tasked with returning the party to power.
