Yadav argued that questioning the integrity of the electoral process is damaging to India’s democratic fabric. He highlighted that Congress has successfully formed governments in various states under the same constitutional framework, rendering the allegations of bias contradictory. According to the Chief Minister, Gandhi is attempting to mask internal organizational failures by shifting responsibility onto constitutional bodies rather than addressing the party’s persistent decline in regions like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and West Bengal.
The Chief Minister further suggested that Gandhi’s rhetoric is a calculated effort to boost the morale of party workers who have grown accustomed to defeat. He urged the Congress leadership to abandon what he termed a culture of conspiracy and instead focus on strengthening the party's foundation. Yadav concluded that such tactics are ultimately futile, noting that the public and party members alike are beginning to recognize the pattern of blame-shifting as an obstacle to the party's revival.
