Bhatia labeled accusations made by Rahul Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal, and other Opposition leaders as devoid of evidence, arguing they are merely attempts to foster an atmosphere of anarchy. He challenged the Opposition to provide a factual basis for their claims that democratic institutions are being systematically destroyed, characterizing their rhetoric as irresponsible.
Turning his fire on the Aam Aadmi Party, Bhatia invoked a Supreme Court order to contrast their original political promises with current realities. He cited the Court’s findings regarding widespread obstruction during elections, where candidates were allegedly harassed and their nomination papers forcibly destroyed. According to Bhatia, these judicial records validate the BJP’s critique of the AAP, which he described as having transitioned from a platform built on Swaraj to one defined by what he termed a 'goonda raj'.
