Under the banner of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan, Ahmedabad residents gathered at the Riverfront to launch the Seva Jyoti Yatra. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel joined the celebration, attending a virtual address from the Prime Minister before leading the crowd in a formal pledge toward a developed India. The event centered on the lighting of the Seva Jyoti, a symbolic flame intended to carry the message of governance and nation-building across the state. Following the ceremony, the Chief Minister traveled to the Town Hall to offer floral tributes at the statue of Swami Vivekananda, a gesture emphasizing the event's ideological roots.

The Yatra extended beyond the city limits, with simultaneous processions held in districts and municipal corporations across Gujarat. Local officials, including Ahmedabad Mayor Hitesh Barot and Member of Parliament Hasmukh Patel, joined the marchers as they moved through the streets. The coordinated effort serves as both a retrospective of the Prime Minister’s tenure and a call to action for citizens to participate in the ongoing national transformation.
