The public admission has provided political ammunition for the opposition. BJP leader Ravneet Singh Bittu argued that the MLA’s distress confirms the disparity between the administration's public narrative and the actual state of classrooms. Meanwhile, Congress MP Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa highlighted the irony of a ruling-party representative being unable to access his own leadership, questioning how ordinary citizens could hope for a hearing if their own elected officials are shut out of the process.
