Tejashwi Yadav Claims Electoral Conspiracy at INDIA Bloc Summit

Yadav pointed to the removal of the Chief Justice from the selection panel and the reduction of the mandatory voting record storage period from one year to 45 days as evidence of a deliberate effort to destroy election trails. He further alleged that officials were manipulating voter turnout percentages days after polling concluded, adjusting figures to suit specific outcomes. He demanded that those responsible for what he termed a conspiracy against the electoral process face imprisonment.

The BJP countered these allegations, dismissing the opposition's concerns as opportunistic. Keya Ghosh criticized the bloc for questioning the integrity of the process only in regions where they suffered defeat. She credited Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar with ensuring a peaceful voting cycle in West Bengal. Bihar BJP president Sanjay Saraogi echoed this sentiment, characterizing the INDIA bloc as an alliance of convenience and noting that the Election Commission provides a formal one-month window for objections following the publication of draft records, a process he claims the opposition ignores when their candidates succeed.
