A federal arrest warrant was issued on July 1 in the Central District of California, where he faces charges of racketeering conspiracy and extortion. Investigators claim he served as a primary director for the Bishnoi enterprise, coordinating associates across international borders to carry out violent acts against political and religious targets. With this new designation, the FBI signals an escalation in its efforts to dismantle the group's North American operations.
