Nitin Nabin rallies Anganwadi and ASHA workers in West Bengal

Nabin emphasized that the shift from rhetoric to action under Prime Minister Narendra Modi has fundamentally altered the status of women in India. He pointed to the construction of 12 crore toilets and the expansion of the 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' scheme as evidence of a commitment to safety, self-respect, and social upliftment. The BJP leader characterized these workers as the architects of the next generation, responsible for the nourishment and education of children across the country.

Beyond his focus on women’s welfare, Nabin praised the efforts of Suvendu Adhikari, whom he credited with restoring public trust and momentum to a state long hindered by an environment of fear. During a separate appearance at the Yuva Samvad Conclave in Kolkata, the BJP chief urged a revitalized approach to youth policy and sports. He challenged the younger generation to reject online negativity, arguing that West Bengal’s cultural and sporting legacy remains a powerful tool for progress if provided with the right platforms.
