Addressing the procedural disputes, Jamwal stated that if the Congress identifies genuine deficiencies or the exclusion of eligible voters, they must utilize the formal grievance mechanisms established under the Representation of the People Act. He noted that the Election Commission operates under Article 324 of the Constitution and provides clear channels for claims and objections. Rather than relying on slogans, the party should present concrete evidence to the competent authorities to resolve their concerns within the existing legal framework.
