Rajasthan Congress Legislative Party Chief Whip Rafeek Khan reported being blocked from the premises despite his status as a local MLA, declaring his intent to file a Privilege Motion against the officials involved.

Allegations of bias intensified when Congress MLA Amin Kagzi claimed that BJP members were permitted to observe the ballot process and confer with the Returning Officer while opposition representatives faced significant delays. Kagzi stated that he and other party leaders were forced to struggle at the gates before finally gaining entry to the building, fueling concerns over the transparency of the election process.
