In Bangkok, the discourse will move away from broad policy debates to the practicalities of co-financing and risk reduction. Chairman Rémy Rioux framed the gathering as a critical juncture, noting that the ability of these institutions to align their vast resources with climate resilience and clean energy mandates will define regional stability for the coming generation.
