Reddy described the current administrative climate as "jungle raj," pointing to a specific confrontation at the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh office where he claimed party members and unemployed youth were attacked. The legal cell leader argued that the government is weaponizing the police to open new rowdy sheets and revive dormant legal files against figures such as MLC Talasila Raghuram and Devineni Avinash to disqualify them from future electoral participation.

Beyond the allegations of targeted harassment, the YSRCP leadership suggested that the coalition is using these tactics to deflect scrutiny from its own governance. Reddy specifically challenged the administration to pivot its investigative resources toward alleged irregularities in the Mega DSC recruitment process and the manipulation of sports quotas, rather than focusing on the opposition. He warned that officials and ruling party members responsible for filing what he termed false cases will eventually face legal and political accountability for their actions.
