Reddy underscored that the state’s current policy framework draws inspiration from former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi’s land distribution initiatives. Data presented at the meeting indicated that 31 percent of 'Indiramma' housing beneficiaries are Dalit, while 17 percent are from Scheduled Tribes. The government also highlighted a breakfast program reaching 27.5 lakh students, framing education as the primary vehicle for long-term socioeconomic mobility for marginalized groups. The session included key officials such as Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, DGP CV Anand, and various commission members to ensure cross-departmental coordination on the implementation of these protections.
