The company intends to lift annual production at its Kadi plant from 45,000 MT to 75,000 MT, a move designed to capture a larger share of the infrastructure sector. To support this push, Rhetan has secured BIS certifications for high-grade Fe500D, Fe550, and Fe550D bars, aligning its output with more rigorous construction standards. Complementing these physical upgrades, the firm has brought a 1 MW captive solar farm online to hedge against rising energy costs.
Financial performance remains a mixed bag. While profit after tax surged 315.7% to ₹3.16 crore, revenue from operations contracted by 19.3% to ₹4.06 crore. Success for the manufacturer now hinges on its ability to translate increased production capacity into consistent top-line growth while maintaining the efficiency gains promised by its recent shift toward sustainable power.
