Federal agents executed search warrants on August 18 at both Singh’s home and his Round Table Pizza franchise. The raid resulted in the seizure of over 40 pounds of methamphetamine, three firearms, and more than $10,000 in cash. The investigation, led by the FBI and Homeland Security Investigations, targeted the operation as part of a broader government initiative aimed at dismantling transnational criminal organizations.
Legal consequences for the charges are severe. Singh faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison, with a potential maximum of life behind bars and a $10 million fine for the drug distribution count alone. An additional consecutive sentence of at least five years could be imposed for possessing firearms during the commission of a drug crime. Despite the gravity of these allegations, the defendant retains the presumption of innocence until the government proves its case beyond a reasonable doubt in court.
