Emergency crews are currently working across multiple regions to clear debris and restore essential services. Further damage was reported in Boryspil, where a five-story residential building was struck, forcing the evacuation of 50 residents and leaving four dead.

He appealed for increased international assistance this fall, framing the survival of civilians as a matter of sustained military support. The strikes also impacted the Kherson, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, Sumy, and Dnipro regions.
