Fadnavis Accuses Congress of Promoting Maoist Anarchy

Addressing party workers, Fadnavis contended that the opposition’s rhetoric, specifically Gandhi’s recent focus on student issues, is a calculated attempt to destabilize the nation. He drew a parallel between the Congress and Maoist ideologies, alleging that the party’s current political strategy relies on spreading misinformation to undermine societal values. The Chief Minister warned that these efforts are part of a broader global agenda intended to stall India’s economic trajectory toward a 3 trillion dollar target by 2030.

Fadnavis further alleged that the opposition is misusing the Constitution as a political tool, citing the circulation of a red-covered book by Rahul Gandhi as evidence of underlying radical influence. Beyond ideological criticism, he accused the UPA of historically obstructing women's reservation, asserting that Prime Minister Narendra Modi remains the only leader capable of securing its passage by 2029. The event, attended by senior BJP figures including Rahul Narwekar and Murlidhar Mohol, also saw Fadnavis defend the transparency of ongoing Kumbh Mela tenders against opposition claims of corruption, dismissing the allegations as repetitive, baseless fabrications.
