Thakur suggested that participants sustain their advocacy for at least three months to ensure the administration delivers lasting structural changes.

Additional District Magistrate Dhananjay Kumar confirmed the invitation, marking a pivot from the ongoing standoff. The protests, driven by aspirants of the Jharkhand Public Service Commission and the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission, have reached a critical juncture, forcing the administration to seek a formal compromise to end the disruption.
