Arjuna has urged the state's 39 Members of Parliament to form a unified front against the shifting electoral boundaries, which he claims will impose policies disconnected from southern realities. His critique centers on the fear that demographic-based reapportionment will effectively strip the region of its historical bargaining power in New Delhi.

According to Bhojarajan, the governance structure remains committed to national unity, and concerns regarding southern marginalization are unfounded.
