Krishnan.

Beyond the video incident, government sources confirmed that Zuckerberg extended apologies for the circulation of Child Sexual Abuse Material and deepfake content. Officials emphasized that Meta’s active role in selecting content delivery means the company no longer qualifies for "safe harbour" protections under the IT Act.
