Mayor Vitali Klitschko confirmed the casualties, noting that a teenager is among the injured. Residents across the city reported a series of powerful explosions that shook the capital during the early hours. Tymur Tkachenko, head of the city’s military administration, emphasized the persistent nature of these attacks, highlighting a dangerous escalation in the frequency of ballistic targeting against urban centers.

Simultaneously, the violence extended beyond the capital to the Black Sea coast. In Odesa, an educational facility sustained significant damage as part of the wider offensive. Local authorities are currently assessing the structural integrity of the hit buildings while emergency crews continue to operate at the scenes of the fires.
