Jarkiholi dismissed speculation regarding BK Hariprasad’s potential induction into the ministry, maintaining that such appointments are strictly high-level party matters. While he noted that Belagavi’s size warrants three ministerial seats, he clarified that no formal lobbying for these positions is underway. He reaffirmed the party's commitment to the current Chief Minister’s tenure, stating that the leadership structure will remain intact until the 2028 elections.
The minister also navigated a range of administrative concerns, from milk pricing to ongoing investigations. He directed queries on potential price hikes to the relevant department head for on-site evaluation and dismissed concerns over the SIR process, suggesting that any procedural grievances belong with the Election Commission. Addressing a reported theft at a local Ram Mandir, Jarkiholi confirmed that an investigation is active, treating the incident as a matter of serious public concern.
