Delmon brings over 30 years of experience in infrastructure finance, public-private partnerships, and project development. Her career includes a tenure at the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and an advisory role at Veolia Environnement. Since joining the World Bank in 2006, she has held various positions, most recently serving as Manager for Upstream and Advisory in Infrastructure for Asia Pacific at the IFC in Singapore. A graduate of the University of Oxford with a Master of Arts in Law, she has also contributed significantly to academic literature on project finance and regulatory incentives.
